Low Calorie Foods

Hesitant about posting this... I don't want to help anyone along in their disorder, but at the same time, I want you guys to eat and if I post food then maybe you'll choose one of my low cal options instead of nothing at all?

55 calorie omelet:
2 egg whites (15 each, add as many as you want- for the 55 cal version follow the recipe though.) for a lovely source of protein, which will help ensure that you don't burn away your muscles... Your heart is a muscle too, you know. If you burn away your heart, you will die.
1/4 green bell pepper (5 calories, cut it up into small bits so you can eat one piece in each bite of omelet!) Veggies are good for you, have tons of vitamin C, and they're yummy!
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (20 calories, tomato is a fruit! Fruit is good for you! I use Progresso flavored with meat sauce, for extra protein.)
0 calorie not-butter spray.

Step one- spray butter on pan, turn burner on high.
Step two- dump bell pepper slices onto burner
Step three- crack the eggs and separate the egg whites, throwing out the yolk, and pour them on top of the green pepper slices.
Step four- let it cook for a minute or so, since your burner's on high it won't take long.
Step five- flip it over with a spatula and cook the other side!
Step six- get it on a small plate, and spread the two tablespoons of tomato sauce over it.
